Scott No. Colombia F12 + 15-17, 19; Estimate $200 - 300.
This is the only recorded Panama registry cover having a purple machine registration number. From the introduction of machine numbers in 1885 until a single violet examples in 1904, all other machine numbers have been in shades of blue.
