Purple first Colon handstamp and manuscript "3984" number, used with A.R. 10c blue and 20c violet, both with First Colon overprint in purple, latter tied by purple target cancel duplexed with "Colon, 3 Dic 1903" cds on cover with handstamped addressed to Kingston, Jamaica, additional purple "A.R., Colon, Colombia" three-line handstamp ties A.R. stamp, Jamaica Registered (10.5) arrival oval; metal seal removed, some perf toning, F.-V.F.

The Colon postmaster overprinted part of his stock of Colombian Registration and A.R. stamps creating Panama Scott numbers F16 and H17. This cover was a double rate of 15-30 grams.
