Greek Post Office in Smirna 1866: Entire leetter from Smirna to Patras with "SMYRNA / (TOYPKIA)" despatch cds in black (Feb 10) and taxed on arrival with 1862/67 Large Hermes 10 l. deep orange on blued paper and 40 l. mauve on blued, both four margined examples, tied by Patras cds (Feb 16): paying the 50 lepta rate - 30 maritime charge and 20 lepta inland. Minor stain at left but not unattractive.
