1867: ½ r. deep blue, a horizontal pair used on 1 January 1872 entire letter from San Miguel to the Italian Consul in Guatemala City, cancelled by unclear dotted obliterator handstamp in black. Fresh appearance, an extremely rare issue on letter - this item believed to be unique with the ½ real usage. Signed E. Diena.

1867: 1 r. dark red, a horizontal strip of three, used on 20 June 1867 entire letter from San Salvador addressed to General Don (Mariscal Campo) Gregorio Solares (1821-1907) in Guatemala City, all cancelled by circular "SS" handstamps in blue-green ink. Third stamp with corner bend but a fine and very rare first issue franking. Signed Holcombe.

1895: Parcel Post Stamps, collection of die proofs and a set of specimen stamp, in the issued colours, affixed to Hamilton Bank Note Co. ledger paper, a ruler pen line through each; the die prooofs include three composite sunken proofs with three values horizontally positioned alongside for 5 c., 10 c., 15 c, printed in red, black and blue, with three single examples without value, together with imperforate blocks of four of each of the five values in the issued colours and two die proofs of the Mercury vignette one in black and one in blue respectively, a stunning and rare group. 1893/1899: Collection of Die Proofs, comprising a selection of composite, master and sunken dies, also frames without values and vignettes, includes 1893 composite of Peace 5 c. with Nicaragua 2 c. and Honduras 1 c. printing in black alongside in horizontal pane; Liberty 1894 master proof in strip of five in yellow-green no value, two vignettes one in orange and one in sepia, composite with Liberty and Ceres vignette in yellow-brown; sunken die proofs with vignette of Waterfalls two in green one in blue; 1899 sunken die proof of Ceres 10 c. printed in black together with composite Salvador alongside Nicaragua 1 c. in green, also composite trio of vignettes of the 1899 Ceres, 1894 Liberty and 1899 Ceres in yellow-brown amongst others; a valuable group. 1879: Assembly of ten complete panes of twenty-five of the 1 c. green, showing the various printings, one pane for each of the eight printings with the exception of the second printing, the odd duplicatate, illustrates the various shades and printing arrangements; the eighth showing re-cut states and unused strip of three with vertical imperforate variety between. Also pane of twenty-five of the 2 c. rose together with block of ten in carmine, early printing; and unused strip of five of the 10 c. black all unused, some blemishes and flaws, mostly fine, uncommon group. 1892/1904: Accumulation of fifty covers, including thirteen registered one a Liberty Machine Works advertsing reply envelope to New York, good range of frankings and combinations of stamps and rates, varied destinations and origins, many scarcer postmarks, a number of provisional overprints, official mailings, printed commercial envelopes and wrappers, noted 1895 cover sent to Shanghai, China franked with strip of three 1 c. olive (Scott 117) tied by 'ADMON. Additionally, comes with 1899 5 c. green-blue 'Transito/Territorial' overprint unused block of fifty (complete setting), together with unused 1900 1 c. vermilion '1900' overprint part sheet block of sixty with imprint, scarce selection.
