1 d. red-brown, plate 11, block of eight, lettered IG-JJ, good to large margins on three sides, slightly shaved at left, unused, with full original gum, rich fresh colour, pressed-out creases of no importance to this remarkable multiple of exceptional rarity. Cert BPA (2008) Gi. AS74 = £68,000 as singles, unpriced as blocks.
Unused multiples from Plate 11 are much scarcer in red than in black. In "the Dublin Find", page 32, Karl Louis writes: "Plates 8 and 11 in red are also exceedingly rare mint, the records showing that only very few stamps and multiples have survived."
