1907/1943: Small group with 1907 first issue set of seven used on registered 1910 cover from Tulagi (March 10) via Sydney to Liverpool (Gi 1/7 = £ 350 off cover), 1937 Coronation set unused, 1939 pictorial set of 13 unused (Gi = £ 110), and a 1943 cover addressed to Franklin D. Roosevelt c/o the resident commissioner in B.S.I. with the part set of twelve values (excl. 2½ d. and the 1½ d. defective) all tied by scarce oval "LUNGA" datestamps in black.

1907/1949: Collection on leaves comprising from the 1907 first issue 'Canoes' complete unused set of seven with all six types noted (three for the ½ d. blue, 2½ d. orange) most of fresh and fine appearance, a few with some age spots as usual on gum, part to large part og.: all the types have been marked on reverse in pencil by Peter Holcombe (36 stamps Gi 1-7  = £ 1'600+). 1908/11 De La Rue definitive issue set of eleven values in used blocks of four (excluding the 2½ d. value which is unused), of fine appearance and scarce in multiples (Gi 8-17 = £ 900) and a specimen set of the same values. 6 complete Specimen sets incl. 1922/31 Chalk-surfaced paper complete set of fifteen values with overprint 'SPECIMEN' in black (Gi 39-52s = £ 450). Additionally, there is a set of postage due stamps unused and Specimens (Gi D1-D8/D1s-D8s) and three covers. A mainly fine lot Gi = £ 5'200+.

1939/51: 'Canoe' 2½ d. magenta & sage-green, an unused vertical pair, marginal from base of sheet, variety "Imperforate between Horizontally" and between stamp and lower margin as are all six examples of this error known. Fresh colour and superb og. A magnificent example of this great and iconic rarity of George VI philately Gi = £ 26'000.

1907/08: Assembly of unused material including sets and complete sheets. Comprising an album page with a run of the first issue sets in fresh and fine appearance with large part og. Also, 1907 ½ d. ultramarine complete sheet of sixty with margins on almost all sides with just a strip missing from upper three stamps has a few tone spots large part og. (Gi 1 = £ 660); and 1908/11 ½ d. green, 1 d. red and 2 d. greyish-slate, each in a complete pane of sixty and the ½ d. additionally in a block of twenty-one in generally good to fine condition with large part og. (Gi 8/10 = £ 270). Additionally, a specimen set of the 1908/11 issue to 5 s. (Gi 8s/17s). A fine group Gi = £ 1'745+.

Smith of Sydney 1907 (Feb 14): 'Canoe' 6 d. chocolate, a used block of four, Types 1-2, marginal from left of sheet and showing the inscription "Sixty Stamps", cancelled by "Tulagi / British Soloman Ids." in black (Oct 1, 1908). Minute corner bend not affecting the charming appearance of a scarce multiple Gi = £280+.

1935 (May 6): Silver Jubilee 6 d. light blue & olive-green, an unused example from right of sheet, variety "Frame Printed Triple, Two Albino", fresh and fine, unmounted og. A superb stamp with very few, perhaps a handful known, the variety can be clearly seen between the coloured frame of the stamp and the perforations of the margin. Rare. Cert. Brandon (1996) Gi = £ 1'300.

Smith of Sydney 1907 (Feb 14): 'Canoe' 2 d. indigo, an unused block of thirty (6 x 5), being five horizontal rows from the sheet of 60 subjects, with part "(S)tamps at Two Pence" inscription in left margin, showing all six types in each row, one small piece of margin missing at right but of wonderful rich colour, horizontal bend in the bottom row not detracting from the appearance, large part or unmounted og. A very rare and attractive multiple Gi = £ 1'440+.
