1858/1923: Group of 9 covers including 20 kop. issue 1858 to prominent address 'Antoni Potocki' from Warsaw to Tomaszpol, also a 10 kop. cover same issue from KOZLOW to Moscow; 1 cover with revolution overprint on Romanov 1917 (10 kop. stamp in block of 4), 3 registered censored covers from Koungour 1918, an envelope with revenue stamp mixed with regular stamps registered as local use, a cover with 250 rub. + a pair of postal-saving stamps 1 kop., 2 covers from Agricultural exhibition 1923 each one with full set.

Transcaucasian Republic 1923: Overprinted 'Star/PCCP' 10 k. deep blue, a block of fifteen (3 x 5) used with imperforate 1 r. on reverse of 1923 cover to Berlin, all tied by BATUM cds's (July 14) in black. File fold crosses the multiple but a scarce first issue on letter.

Tanna Tuva 1935 (March): Pictorial set of seven values from 1 kop. - 50 kop., all used on 1935 registered cover to Luzern, Switzerland tied by three fine strikes of "TURAN" cds's (March 29) in black. Registration cachet at lower left and reverse with "Luzern 2" arrival cds (April 12) in black. Slight soiling but a scarce issue on letter, especially so to Switzerland.

1904/70ca: Lot Russia, RSFSR & Soviet Union with commemorative issues from the 1930s, lot hundreds stamps used / unused, multiples & part sheets, varieties, special emphasis on perforations, czarist money stamps, varieties such as 1904 Orphans charity issue 3 kop. imperforated between adhesive and sheet margin, cancellations such as oval railway datestamps, civil was issues such as Wrangl, Southern Russia, Far East, Russian Levant, also Armenia, Georgia, Tannu-Tuva, Ukraine, Batum. To be studied.

1873/1934: Selection 30 covers / postcards / stationery, all from Russia to Switzerland incl. 1873 cover from the St. Petersburg kantselariya to Brugg, 1878 Moscow to Niedersimmenthal, 1881 postcard of the young Ferdinand Thormeyer, the later educator of the later czar Nicholas, back home to his mother in Carouge, 1900 cover from Grand Duke Mikhail to Thormayer in Carouge, forwarded, 1881 cover from St. Petersburg to the Federal Councillor  Mr. Carteret in Geneva, 1909 registered cover from Prince Jussupov to Nyon, 1913 postcard from the Swiss colony in Moscow, 1913 parcel card from Karasubasar Tauridia to Davos, also covers sent after the war, for example to Swiss caritative organizations, but also to the organization of Swiss citizens living formerly in Russia. An interesting assembly.

An interesting lot to be studied.
