General Townsend. 1915 Covers to Lady Peek or Captain Sir Wilfred Peek in Devon, both endorsed from "Charles Townsend, Major General, Comdng 6th Division, Expeditionary Force D" with datestamps of "BUSRAH" (May 1) or Indian F.P.O 55 (Oct 7), circular "PASSED / D / CENSOR". 1916-19 Stampless O.A.S covers and cards with various Indian F.P.O datestamps (8) and an unusual 1917 cover to Switzerland franked I.E.F 1a with a Swiss 30c postage due applied at Lausanne, the stamp cancelled "ANNULE" upon redirection and a 15c postage due pair then applied at Mont-Pelerin. (9).
