Israel postal History Postage due - collection of 6 covers and 2 postcards. 4 covers incoming from France or mailed local franked with 3rd issue dues. 2 other covers & one postcard with postage due marking but w/o stamps. Last postcard mailed to the USA 1953  20mil card uprated 10mil, short paid with handstamp "to pay 70 pr" - 70pr added in coin design issued stamps. F+VF lot.
