The 110pr represent airmail rate up to 10 Grams. 2 line handstamped added on front "return for additonal postage stamps of 110pr", also box handstamped on back "This letter weigh 16 grams - please add 110pr and drop it in the mail box". Total of 110pr added on front tied by 20.3.1953 next day postmarks alongside Military censor label at left tied by additional censor handstamp on back. VF
