China, 1907 (Oct.) red-band envelope to Payenchow (arrival) via Shenyang (13.10), Harbin (18.10) and Tsitsihar bearing on reverse C.I.P. 2c. pair, cancelled by "Peking" lunar c.d.s., showing various transit markings adjacent including "Heilungking/Tsitsihar/Post Office" tombstone h.s., the envelope a bit crumpled, fine double letter rate; also C.I.P. 1c. (3, one has corner defect and one on piece) and 2c., with similar h.s. of Hulunpehtze, Tungningting and Wulakai.
