China, 1907 (17 Nov.) registered red-band envelope to Peking (24.11) bearing on reverse C.I.P. 4c. with part interpane margin at left and 5c., cancelled by "Heilungkiang/Tsitsihar" circular h.s., with matching framed registration h.s. adjacent, the 9 cents registered double letter rate, very fine, and 1910 (23 Dec.) native envelope to Shwangcheng (arrival) bearing C.I.P. 3c., cancelled by "Kwangchengtze/Post Office" circular h.s.; also pieces (2) bearing C.I.P. 1c. and 2c. respectively, cancelled by different types of Post Office circular h.s. of Changtufu and Kirin.
