Struck with central PANAMA TRANSIT datestamp (Nov 23) on front and trans-shipped to French Paquebot with LIGNE-A / PAQ. FR. No. 3 circular datestamp (Dec 2) with fleurons (Salles fig. 1401) on reverse. Carried from Panama on the 'Imp. Eugenie' to Bordeaux and thence to Genoa (Dec 27) where charged '14' (1 lire 40 centesemi) in black. Large part Italian Consular cachet also on reverse of an attractive entire.
