Luton. 1960 Hardbound presentation book "Postage Stamps of the Reign of Her Britannic Majesty Queen Elizabeth II" presented by the British P.O to the delegates of the "Management Council of the Consultative Committee for Postal Studies, Universal Postal Union", meeting at Eastbourne. The book contains the 1953-59 Wilding and Castle 1⁄2d - £1 definitives, all regional definitives and the 1⁄2d - 1/3 phosphor definitives, the 1960 Post Office Centenary pair, also the pair used on FDC with Eastbourne International Postal Conference slogan and Luton 1960 (July 4) cover franked 3d to Norwich with two vertical rows of rectangular coding dots. A scarce cover and presentation book.
