Sobre enviado a un militar a bordo del buque de guerra francés ´La Galissonnière´ con sello de 25 cts. azul (tarifa militar). En origen la carta era de 2 portes, a partir del 1 de Enero de 1876 la escala de portes cambió, admitiéndose hasta 15 gr. en el primer porte, por tanto la carta estaba bien franqueada con los 25 cts. confirmado por el fechador del BUREAU REBUTS ET RECLAMATIONS que anuló en rojo la mención ´Afft. insuff. et obligatoire´ y también ´Voie française par St. Nazaire et Panama´ y manuscrito ´Naviere de l´Etat´.
