c.1943 Cable & Wireless Ltd Telegram with message written and signed by Viscount Gort (Commander of the BEF in 1939-40, Governor of Malta 1942-44), to Winston Churchill at 13 Downing St. - "Here all well discussing problem of Dunkerking, arrangements being carried according to plans. Best regards, Gort". Supposedly written and sent after the conference to plan the D-Day attack. Folded, otherwise fine and unusual.
