Short set of 15 values, with shades (missing 10c & 2½f), from the 1893/96 set (O188 - O197) without the 'S.P.' ovpt., and complete set of 5 values from 1895 set (O213 - O217). SG has a footnote below this set 'Stamps of T8 and 9 were perforated 'OFFICIEL' but we do not list this class of stamp'. Very lightly hinged to large part o.g. Un-listed, lovely appearance.
