Entire letter dated "Βόλος την 18 7βρ 1860", canc. "ΛΑΡΙΣΣΑ (ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ)*19.ΣΕΠΤ.60", via "ΛΑΜΙΑ*21.ΣΕΠΤ.60" and "ΑΘΗΝΑΙ*23.ΣΕΠΤ.60", arr. "ΓΥΘΕΙΟΝ*29.ΣΕΠΤ.60" (type III postmarks). Handwritten "60" (lepta) to be collected. Before the establishment of the official Hellenic P.O. in Volos, the Greek Consulate was charge to receive private correspodence and marked the letters with its own handstamps. Exceptionally this is not marked. Very rare.
