Rate 1/8 and re-rated 2/8 and 3/9 ½ d. mail tax upon forwarding cross counties. On reverse 22 May and 24 May Edinburgh passing through forwarding, where “POSTAGE TO EDINBURGH NOT PAID” handstamp applied, tiny flaw. Fine postal history to Scotland on exhibition page
