1882/87: Liberty Head, perforated issue, plate reconstruction remainder collection of the 1 c. (x42), 5 c. (x45) and 20 c (x50 full reconstruction of plate III), some pairs and the odd block, almost entirely used although a number of 1 c. unused, condition is mixed with a handful of fine to very fine, a scarce assembly.  Note: Plates and positions no verified.
