Lebanon Stamps, 1945 MNH 5P Military Tax stamp used on block of ten (divided into two blocks of four and a vertical pair but recomposed as it was originally used). Cancelled with official violet seal “SURETE GENERALE” (Public Security) the block was originally wrongly used on document instead of the fiscal ones that look a lot like them (Yvert n. 197). B.
