Right taxed at the double of deficiency 80/60 of gold franc centimes for 40 Piastres using block of four 10P Tax Due stamps killed by small bilingual CDS latin dow "BEYROUTH R.P. 18.9.66" (Yvert Tax n 26). NICE AND SCARCE TAXED COVER.
