English and Welsh railway letter stamps, the collection written up in two albums comprising mint or used stamps (256) and covers (22) with scarcer manuscript or handstruck "3" or "4" surcharges, scarce lines with Lynton & Barnstaple, Manchester & Milford, Wrexham Mold & Donnahs Quay, Southwold, Stratford Upon Avon, North Wales & Liverpool Rly Committee, North Pembrokeshire & Fishguard, Neath & Brecon, Pembroke & Tenby, Southern issues in sheets, a few pieces, and covers with South West & Midland Cos, Somerset & Dorset Joint Line, North Staffordshire, Metropolitan (2), Manchester South Junction & Altrincham, Macclesfield Committee, Great Northern & Great Central, etc., some of these manuscript cancelled but all clearly correct, also a Ewen label in the design of a railway letter stamp.
