The auction will start Wednesday, November 18 through to Saturday November 21, 2015 and will be hold in our premises in Zurich. The Catalogues 202 -204 are now ready for viewing.
There is some particularly attractive Swiss philatelic material, from classical to modern. There are rare stamps, beautiful covers, colourful frankings, unusual proofs and many varieties, which will gladden the heart of any collector of Switzerland.
Among overseas collecting areas, the material from Scandinavian countries is outstanding. Note also France with the ‘two-generation collection’ of Henk van der Vlist, Romania with the famous ‘Bull’s Heads’ and Austria with beautiful covers of the first issues. South America is well represented, with further rarities from the Dr. Goeggel collection and Klaus Eitner’s Gold Medal winning collection ‘Peru 1879-1885’.

1837 & 1847: Covers (2) from Canton, earlier October 1836 cover endorsed per 'Martha' to London with framed 'Liverpool / Ship Letter' on reverse in black arriving March 4 1837; and April 1847 Missionary entire letter to USA struck on front with 'New York / Ship / 12 Cts' cds in red (July 26). Some aging but scarce early mail.
