Donnino. An extremely rare usage of the Governo Provvisorio issue, correctly paying the 40 centesimi double rate within the former Ducato di Parma using the Sardinian rates in force since November 1859, in addition a late usage of the Provvisorio adhesives which were abandoned at the end of January 1860.
