Speaker using ret. address "Spinneys" in Haifa. Checked by outbound TLV censor KK32. Marked in crayon "via Moscow" (USSR conquered Bulg. 8 Sept.) but this route unavailable & pc stamped "Returned to Sender | No Service"; marked w/black "return to" cachet.
