1853, coat of arms issue 2 Silbergroschen on blue, bisected diagonally, right bottom half, very attractive fresh colours and large margins on all sides with centrally applied number "18" and adjacent blue boxed cancel "HALLE A.D. WESER 28 8" on envelope to the district administration in Holzminden. A vertical crease with paper break in the envelope outside the postage paid, but the bisects are perfect. A scarce letter.
