Palestine Postal History - Rare Destination & postage due.  April 22 1940 surface mail cover mailed from British F.P.O 121 (located in Palestine between 1940 to 1948) to Colombo Ceylon. Frank 10mil, short paid with 2 different postage due markings "Overland postage due" on top & Ceylon box handstamp postage due at bottom. British censor # 1026 at left. Colombo arrival postmark on back May 28 1940. F-VF & seldom seen.
