FRANCAISE / EN ESPAGNE' in black (Reinhardt = 500 pts) and charged '10' due upon receipt in Paris (Nov 16) with datestamp in red on reverse. The writer reports that his Division of 5'000 troops had forced 20'000 Spanish troops to evacuate Logroño and retreat, this would place him in Lagrange's 2nd Division, VI Corps.
