Additionaly local provisional issue for Soviet period on cover, surcharged postal saving stamps 7500 r. and 8000 r. on 5 k. both with ovpt. upwards (8000 r. with corner perf. fault), 15.000 r. on 10 k. ovpt. downwards, cancelled "KIEV 16 3 22".
