1854: 2 a. green imperforate with ample margins all round, used in combination with 1855 4 a. black on blued paper, perf. 14, on 1857 envelope from Secunderabad to Lauder, Berwickshire endorsed "via Marseilles and Bombay" tied by "C/56" obliterators in black. Reverse with Secunderabad cds in red and Bombay transit (Sept 5) in red. Obverse with curved INDIA PAID in red and "D9" in manuscript. Mailed during the Mutiny period, a scarce combination usage.
