1926: 10 c. violet registered stationery envelope, size K, tariff in francs and dollars (H&G 9d), uprated with 1921 8 c. orange and 20 c. purple and sage-green, sent from Hong Kong to Stuttgart, Germany, dated 2? September 1923, cancelled by a Hong Kong registered cds in black, endorsed "Via Marseilles by S.S. Sphinx", to the reverse an arrival machine cancel dated 2? September 1923. Minor soiling and creasing to edges, otherwise fine. Scarce used example with the new tariff. Comes with an unused example of the same envelope in fine and fresh condition.
