1857/1884: Group of nine covers, including among others a stampless prepaid cover to Carmelo with three marks on front in green including inspector mark and 'ADMON DE CORREOS MONTEVIDEO' and framed Franco; two covers with 1859 'Sun' issue including one franked with a combination of a 120 c. with 60 c.; an 1870 stampless entire from Montevideo to New York with a double Atlantic crossing sent via Cork, Ireland; as well as two covers franked with a single 1883 5 c. green (Scott 52) and a registered cover front with the same plus 20 c. bistre sent to Carrara, Italy: mixed in places, a useful selection.
