DDSG / DSNC 1867: 10 kr. green, perf. 9½, a used example on 27 April 1868 entire letter from Nicopolis to Rustchuk tied by oval framed "AGENTIE / D.D.S.G. / NICOPOLI" handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 905) in blue. Illustrated in Dr. G. Popov "Die Österreichische Levantepost in Bulgarien" on page 30.
