1863: 10 c. blue, two singles, used on a registered cover, from Bogota to Santa Marta, dated 19 February 1864 (manuscript), both with four good to large margins, one affixed upside down, tied neatly by a fine strike of the "BOGOTA" Pearl oval in black, with six strikes of the "0" numeral in red to the corners and centrally top and botom of the envelope as an indication of registration, a most attractive and well presented example, scarce double franking; registered covers being rare.
