(black) and sender's oval handstamp "JEAN SCHINAS ATHENES", sent to GAND 16.FEVR.97, via BRUXELLES (NORD) 2 16.FEVR.1897, Belgium. Two "Sample of no value" (special rate) with Olympic Games stamps are known but only one known Registered, UNIQUE & VF-Sup
