1931 (30 Apr.) "2nd Experimental Australia to UK Flight" - Rangoon to London stage: Printed envelope intended for the 1st Victoria Point to London Imperial Airways experimental flight, but missed so sent by sea to Rangoon and thence on the 2nd experimental flight Rangoon-London stage, used REGISTERED and franked by 1929 Air 2a. and 3a. on back and New Delhi 1931 1r. on front all tied by Victoria Point '30 Apr. 1931' double-ring d/s and with respective transit datestamps.
