1929, coronation 10 S. in block-8 with silverwedding 20 S., UPU 50 years 10 S., and Taiwan visit 1 1/2 S. pair resp. 3 S., also 1919 Tazawa 50 S. strip-4 tied "Tokio 21.8.29" to large size commercial cover (frequent size for commercial papers such as Bill of Lading) despatched from Yokohama by German AIRSHIP GRAF ZEPPELIN to "The Silk Center Building" New York. Total franking covers the 3,10 Yen postage rate for Airship transport from Tokyo-Los Angeles-Lakehurst to final destination, w/ Messrs Georges Audoyer private senders date stamp on reverse Yokohama AUG 21, 1929, red "GRAF ZEPPELIN Round-The-World-Flight 1929 TOKIO C.P.O. 21.8.29" and arrival green "LAKEHURST N.J. AUG 29, 1929" in green on reverse side. Very unusual cover and exceptional franking.
