At left, three unused France 1867 20c. blue reapplied over missing original adhesives, with octagonal ST. THOMAS / PAQ. FR. B No. 4 French Paquebot datestamp in black (May 1) and NEW YORK / PAID ALL arrival in red. Reverse with superb oval GEO. A.
