Nov.): 40c. brownish red "Provisional Government", very generously margined copy of great appeal and 25c. blue "Provisional Government" with good to full margins, previously together forming a franking, with shared cancellation "PARMA" affixed to fragment. Both stamps are signed Starauschek, Bolaffi and A. Diena with a certificate for the rare 40c (1969).
