1852 (Aug): Thiele printing 2 rbs. blue, a used horizontal pair (Plate II, Types 5-6, positions 21-22) with large margins on three sides, roughly separated at top but ample, used on somewhat tatty cover to Mariager tied by circular "1" numeral of Copenhagen in black. Smudged time cancellation at lower left, the cover separated from flaps and priced as a used pair - nevertheless a rare multiple of this stamp Mi = € 3'000.
