1892: ½ d. vermilion illustrated 'The Cyclostyle Co.' advertising postal stationery envelope (H&B ES18b), franked with a pair and two singles of the Jubilee 1897 ½ d. vermilion, sent from London to Deventer, Netherlands, dated 28 July 1893, cancelled by a London E.C. hooded circle in black. To the reverse a double circle arrival in black (29 July 1893). The uprated franking is to pay either the 10 oz. printed paper rate or the 2½ d. basic UPU letter rate. The advert is promoting the company's duplicating apparatus. A fine and beautiful piece. Scarce.
