Palestine stamps pictorials issue - 3 Mil plate block of 10 stamps with gutter at right. Serial # 22102 crossed out with black bar & a new serial number printed beside it # 19534. This known to be done on Est. 50 sheets as the first printed number was out of sequence. Trace of hinged on top margin and a single trace of light hinged on 2 right vertical stamps, other stamps MNH . VF scarce plate block.
