1903: Typeset 12 ch. blue on yellowish, imperforate, overprinted octagonal PROVISOIRE in blue, a single example with large margins all round, used on reverse of 1903 cover apparently written in the hand of Gustave von Riederer, the Director of Posts to Paris, tied by TEHERAN SENGLEDGE circular datestamp in black and with further Teheran cds on obverse (May 5); reverse with BAKU transit cds (April 28j) transit and Paris arrival cds all on reverse.
