The rate is 2 d. book post plus 4 d. registration fee. Fault to top and torn. Vertical filing crease centrally not affecting adhesives. A scarce combination franking. Only twelve examples recorded. Comes on an album page with a small envelope dated 6 July 1864 franked with a 1 d. penny star and a 1 d. penny plate 85, sent from Windermere to Wales. Scarce duo.
