1861 (May): 6 d. yellow-green, no wmk., rough to intermediate perf. 14-16, used on 1862 cover to Edinburgh tied by "A10" obliterator in black. ST. VINCENT cds at left (Feb 23) in black with London / Paid" cds on obverse (March 18) in red and Edinburgh arrival (March 19) on reverse. The adhesive with age spots on the perforations and possibly removed and repalced but a rare and not unattractive first issue franking.
