1904: Fourth Panama Provisionals,10 c. orange, two singles, one used as a registration stamp with manuscript 'R/no 146', on registered cover, from David to London, dated 17 August 1904, the postage tied by ornate rectangular 'Correos / David' in violet, New York registered label (fault top right), to reverse New York tranist 17 August and partial London registered arrival dated 28 August 1904, very scarce usage from David (Chiriqui Province), the postmark rarely seen so fine, postage adapted to registration rare.
