Lebanon Stamps, 1969 MNH Twentieth Anniversary of ICOM, 30 Piastres stamp on grey, blue, red and gold (Yvert n. 492) on strip of three sheets’s border WITHOUT PART OF THE GOLD PRINTING. This means that in the strip left stamp is without the country’s bilingual printing while the central stamp is missing the bilingual value “30p." (Yvert Air n. 492c). B. Longo Photocertificate.
