SEBHA / FESSAN" to preprinted Italian Colonies postal envelope (intended for the exchange of money orders between post offices) addressed to the post office in Ubari. Violet senders cachet from the "Gouvernement General die l'Algerie, Territoire du Sud, Territoire Militaire Du Fezzan-Ghadames" on front. An unusual usage of the form and a very rare cancel.
