 Lot 5181 - World GERMANY - POSTWAR LOCALS - Status International Status International - Sale 385West Saxony: 1945 Leipzig large '8' in circle opt Hitler 8pf orange, tied by 'Holzhausen 3.8.45.11-12V Sachs' cds to cover. Very rare as these opts were prepared as a general Soviet Zone issue but due to miscommunication between diff commanders order was given to withdraw stocks from POs & destroy them.
